Dreaming of taking a trip to a tropical island with white sand and palm trees? Me too. But for most of us, we can’t escape the reality that easily. Luckily for you, I have just the treat that’ll help take your imagination to that beautiful island, even if your body is stuck at home. Try this smoothie bowl recipe for breakfast or after a workout as a great way to replenish your body.
Smoothie Bowl Recipe
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 scoop Perfect Fit Vanilla Protein (or nonfat vanilla greek yogurt)
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Granola (Find a delicious homemade granola recipe here)
- Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in blender. I use the Ninja Pro Blender and I love it. You want the mixture to be pretty thick, since you will be eating it with a spoon. You don’t want it as smooth and thin as a smoothie.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and add toppings.
